I had the pleasure of capturing a truly unique and heartwarming Italian garden wedding in Atlanta, GA. The lovely couple, Analiese and Alexis, tied the knot in the most personal and intimate setting – their very own home. This wasn’t just any wedding, but a celebration that represented their love story perfectly. Analiese, a lover of all things vintage, had carefully renovated her home, filling it with handpicked vintage items that each told a story. Her excitement to host the wedding at home was palpable and infectious. Every corner, every item, held a piece of their love story, making it the perfect backdrop for their special day!

The day began with Analiese and Alexis sharing private vows at a nearby park where they routinely walk their beloved dog, Finn. Respecting their wishes for a private exchange, I stood at a distance, the tranquil sound of the creek serving as a beautiful soundtrack to their heartfelt exchange. It was a touching moment that beautifully illustrated the depth of their bond. What added an extra layer of charm to this wedding was the international love story it represented. Alexis’s family had flown in all the way from Switzerland for the occasion. The couple’s plan to move to Switzerland after the wedding brought a sense of excitement and anticipation to the celebration.
One of the highlights of the day was the moment when the bride and groom showed off their rings. Alexis’s ring was his father’s, adding a touch of sentimentality and family tradition to the celebration. This moment was full of joy, symbolizing the start of their journey as a married couple! Following the ceremony, a lively cocktail hour follows, filled with laughter, clinking glasses, and the couple’s closest friends and family soaking up the joyous atmosphere. Adding a personal touch to the ceremony, Analiese’s best friend served as the officiant! This made the ceremony feel even more special and personal, with every word resonating with sincere affection!
